Privacy policy
What EduNext collects, why it keeps it, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated November 3, 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to edunexco.com, published by EduNext, a brand of Consumer Response Media, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, which decides how the details below are used. Questions about it can go to support@edunexco.com or (800) 741-9835.
Reading the magazine
Every article and guide can be read without handing over anything. EduNext runs no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. The web host keeps standard server logs of the time and address of each request, used only to keep the site safe.
What your browser keeps
The search box and the article filters work inside your own browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to EduNext.
What the forms ask for
The heads-up form asks for your name, your email address, the section closest to your situation and, if you would like texts, your mobile number. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, the subject and your message, plus a mobile number only if you want a reply by text. As proof of consent, each form also records the date and time, the page it was sent from, your IP address and your browser.
EduNext never asks for a Social Security number, a StudentAid.gov password or bank details, so please leave them out of any message.
How details are used
Your details are used to send the heads-up you chose, to answer what you write and to keep a record of your consent, and for nothing else.
Mobile numbers and text consent
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any text to end them. The SMS terms set out the program in full.
How long details are kept
Your sign-up is kept for as long as it is active, and your details are deleted within thirty days of the end. The record of your consent, and of any request to stop, is held for as long as it may need to be produced.
Your choices
Write or call to learn what EduNext holds about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Expect an answer within thirty days. Any further rights the law of your state gives you are respected.
Keeping details safe
The forms send over an encrypted connection, and what they collect is stored where only those who need it can reach it. No system is beyond risk, which is one reason the forms ask for so little.
Younger readers
Anyone may read EduNext. The heads-up is for people aged 16 and over, and texts for people aged 18 and over or with a parent's or guardian's permission. Details found to belong to someone younger are removed.
Revisions to this policy
A revised policy shows a new date at the top. If a change touches details you have already given, you will be told before it takes effect.
